खाद्य प्रसंस्करण में मील का पत्थर साबित हो रही योगी की नीति
पिछले तीन साल में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण की 275 ईकाईयां लगीं, 27 सौ 56 करोड़ का निजी पूंजी निवेश और 41 हजार 253 लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से मिला रोजगार
लखनऊ। प्रदेश को बीमारू राज्य से निकालकर अग्रणी राज्य की श्रेणी में लाने की मुख्यमंत्री योगी की नीति की मुहिम रंग ला रही है। प्रदेश में 275 खाद्य प्रसंस्करण की ईकाईयां धरातल पर उत्पादन कर रही हैं। इनमें 27 सौ 56 करोड़ का निजी पूंजी निवेश किया गया है। साथ ही इन फैक्ट्रियों में 41 हजार 253 लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार के अवसर मिले हैं।
इंवेस्टर समिट में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग लगाने के लिए 604 एमओयू हुए थे। इसमें कुल 3210.70 करोड़ का निजी पूंजी निवेश संभावित था। इससे 46 हजार 669 लोगों को रोजगार मिलता। इसमें 275 उद्योगों को लगाने की हरी झंडी दी गई थी, जो अब धरातल पर उत्पादन कर रही हैं। इनमें से ज्यादातर ईकाईयां ग्राम स्तर पर और सूक्ष्म इकाईयों के रूप में स्थापित हुई हैं।
इन ईकाईयों को धरातल पर उतारने में सबसे कारगर हथियार उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग नीति 2017 साबित हुई है। इसके तहत सरकार की ओर से पिछले तीन सालों में इन ईकाईयों को करीब 51 करोड़ रुपए की सब्सिडी दी गई है। वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 में 28 ईकाईयों को आठ करोड़ 84 लाख 45 हजार 500, वित्त वर्ष 2019-20 में 28 करोड़ नौ लाख 41 हजार पांच सौ और वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 में 51 ईकाईयों को 13 करोड़ 88 लाख 27 हजार रुपए सब्सिडी के रूप में दिए गए हैं।
प्रमुख सचिव उद्यान मनोज सिंह ने कहा कि खाद्य प्रसंस्करण नीति के कारण बड़ी संख्या में प्रदेश में निवेश आ रहा है और लोगों को रोजगार के अवसर भी उपलब्ध हो रहे हैं। हमारी कोशिश है कि अधिक से अधिक लोगों खुद के कारोबार के लिए आगे आएं और आत्मनिर्भर बनें।
प्रोजेक्ट कास्ट का 25 फीसदी सरकार देती है सब्सिडी
इस योजना के तहत सरकार पांच साल तक सूक्ष्म और लघु ईकाईयों को बैंक लोन पर आने वाले ब्याज की प्रतिपूर्ति भी देती है। मध्यम और बड़ी स्केल की ईकाईयों को बैंक लोन पर ब्याज का सात फीसदी या जो भी कम हो, अधिकतम प्रतिपूर्ति 50 लाख की कीमत तक दिया जाता है। सरकार की ओर से प्रोजेक्ट कास्ट का 25 फीसदी यानि 50 लाख तक कैपिटल सब्सिडी दी जाती है।
पीएमकेएसवाई में साढ़े 15 सौ लोगों को मिला रोजगार
प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्पदा योजना (पीएमकेएसवाई) के तहत 25 आवेदन में 22 स्वीकृत हुए। इसमें 160 करोड़ का पूंजी निवेश हुआ और 15 सौ 46 लोगों को रोजगार मिला।
